Adding an Origami Owl dangle is an easy way add a little color and sparkle and is the perfect complement to a locket. This simple addition really does complete a look. Here are seven styling ideas to incorporate an Origami Owl dangle to your look.
I like to make a little noise when I enter a room, so I love our dangle bracelets. Add the dangles to our dangle bracelet chain or the classic living locket bracelet for a look that’s reminiscent of old school charm bracelets. Don’t be afraid to mix metals!
Origami Owl Dangle Look #2: On a simple chain
I love wearing one dangle on a short, simple chain, especially when layering my jewelry. The lobster claw practically disappears and it looks like I’m wearing a simple pendant on a chain. If you prefer a simple, lighter look, you’ve got to try this!
Origami Owl Dangle Look #3: On the Over-the-Heart chain
Our Over-the-heart chain is a magical piece that can be styled at least 10 different ways. (See my favorite eight ways to style here.) One of my favorites is a multi-chain look, with a locket at the bottom of the longer chain and a dangle on the shorter chain. This look creates the illusion of layered jewelry, but with one piece.
Origami Owl Dangle Look #4: Next to a locket
Adding a dangle next to a locket on a thicker link chain finishes the look. For this look, I select a complementary color that will accent the locket and give it a pop of color. Adding a dangle makes a huge difference!
Origami Owl Dangle Look #5: Below a locket
I love the Orgami Owl dangle collector on a long, simple chain. It allows you to add a dangle that lays directly below the locket. It elongates the look and turns your large locket into a statement piece. To wear the dangle collector, simply place it behind the locket, with the locket bale between the two bales on the collector and slide all three pieces through a chain. The dangle collector does not snap on to the locket, so it will move behind the locket as you wear it.
Origami Owl Dangle Look #6: Heart Catcher Pendant
I’m not going to lie, this is one of my favorite pieces from the Origami Owl Valentin’s Day 2017 collection. It reminds me of the charm catcher I wore in high school. (Remember the heart BFF charm that broke into two pieces, one for you and one for your bestie?) Wear this is on a simple chain with a few of your favorite dangles for a fresh, fun look.
Origami Owl Dangle Look #7: On your bag clip/keychain
Some people love telling their story through their jewelry but don’t actually wear jewelry, so Origami Owl created the bag clip/keychain. I use mine as a little bling for my purse! The bag clip/keychain accessory has four links on the chain, so it’s perfect for adding a few dangles to make the entire piece pop!
